Happy New Year! This is a quick note to thank you for your support over the past couple of challenging years. We wanted to let you know of a change to how you book in with us at Ultimate Events.
For all events moving forward in 2022 we will be using a market management platform known as Issimo Markets to take bookings and payments. The system is very easy to use and works great on mobile phones.
Why are we making this change?Running lots of events like we do is complicated! There are so many moving parts and there comes a time that storing everything in our heads doesn't work - things are missed, and people get left out. We want to put on the very best events that we can, and this small change means we can spend our time making each event amazing, instead of slogging through paperwork.
What is it?Issimo Markets is a way for stallholders to make and manage their bookings online, anytime. All your booking information is in one place.
Issimo Markets remembers your stallholder details and documents so you will only have to enter them in once.
You have the option to book all your markets in advance, set up automatic payments and be notified 24 hours before each payment is taken.

When does it come into effect?Our first event on the 2nd of Jan 2022 will be booked using Issimo Markets and all events following.
How much does it cost?Nothing! The cost of the system is absorbed by us into your stallholder fees.
