How do I get support if I encounter any issues with the terminal?
Zeller provides Australian-based support for any issues or questions you may have with your terminal. You can reach out to them directly by phone, email, or SMS. We did some tests while scoping it out and they really are super quick to respond!
But what about cash?
You can still take cash, we love cash too, but many customers insist on paying card nowadays. We’d rather cut bank fees down through industry partnerships and keep those fees within our local economy by supporting an Australian startup.
